With over a decade of experience in formula development, we offer our in-house formulas to clients that wish to create a product line of their own, through our ready made cosmetics and skincare line with over 850 in-house formulations made with high-quality ingredients for you to choose from. We have already done the research, development and manufacturing for you so you can just simply brand and launch your new product line. Naturis Cosmetics have the facilities to support and help you to create your own unique, private label products.
Customer is assigned an account manager who will be the main point of contact throughout the project.
Project kick-off meeting including a full product brief is scheduled.
On site laboratory and innovation team develop the product formulation, whilst the account manager sources packaging requirements. Regulatory support form is made.
Samples are sent to the customer for approval. Once samples are approved, product testing begins.(Stability, challenge, compatibility, specific claims.)
All componentry is purchased and the main production is planned into the schedule.
Once product blending, manufacturing and filling is complete, the packing and finishing begins.
Finally, sign off on finished products and delivery of finished goods to customer.
